Pastured Poultry
We raise all of our poultry using rotational grazing methods, moving them to fresh grass twice daily. Our birds flourish in within protective, movable coops.
Rotational Grazing
Our sheep and beef cattle are fed in tight herds on lush grasses, and are moved quickly to new paddocks. Grasses are given long recovery periods. These practices combine to create a nutrient-dense meat, while revitalizing our soils.
